Autism Conceptual Reassessment

I thought of Autism as "something you have forever" and that you have to cope with, that it will never go away. Well Dr. Andrew Wakefield has provided ample evidence that this is not entirely the case and there are several ways that might be able to treat this disease which exhibits a "multi-system inflammatory disorder." His work, it seems was never actually debunked, just made to appear so on false grounds. In fact, Dr. Wakefield's controversial study never claimed to make a conclusive link between Measles vaccines and autism, and Dr. Wakefield himself is a proponent of some vaccination. He finds a link between a new inflammatory bowel disease and Autism--the two go together. Please see his book "Callous Disregard" for what seems to be exciting evidence (some as old as the 1950s) that Autism is in fact not just "something you have forever" but instead may be a byproduct of poisoning, a crippled immune system and persistent infection affecting the intestine, stomach, brain and/or spinal cord. Anti-Inflammatory medications or supplements (aloe?), pro-biotics, and a gluten free diet all seem to be effective at diminishing the disease in his book. I wonder if a certain amazing "broad spectrum antibiotic" (Chlorine Dioxide), Bentonite (removes heavy metals?), or Nurse Van der Maas' diet (see previous posts) would help with this disease that seems to be the body failing to detoxify and eliminate byproducts of measles, mercury, or virus effects? Indeed, there seems to be at least one case of an autistic child getting better with a MMS (chlorine dioxide) treatment:

"At minimum there are 400+ children on the Autism Spectrum improving steadily, thanks to the help of MMS. These are in addition to all of the other children that these doctors are seeing and treating with MMS. The total including family members could be easily above 1000. The future is bright now that many more healers/doctors have the information on MMS and the knowledge of how to use it. I believe that people like these who see many, many children are an important link that will bridge the gap between "alternative" medicine and "allopathic" medicine, finally bringing MMS to the mainstream. I hope that we have in our hands the missing piece of the autism puzzle, because it sure seems to look that way. Two more children in March lost their diagnosis from autism, which makes a total of 5 children to lose their diagnosis since I began recommending MMS in August of 2010. Not all have recovered. But all are better than they were, and that is a great place to start... Another new protocol is the 12/2. It is taking MMS for 12 days straight then resting 2 days. This way the pathogens living in the gut will expose themselves during the two day rest, and then we hit them with another 12 days of MMS. Using this method we gradually extinguish all pathogens until none remain. When we heal the gut we cure the autism."

Check out this documentary "Power to the People" in which Tine van der Maas a nurse in South Africa and her mother Nelly document treating many grave illnesses with lemons, olive oil, garlic, ginger, beetroot, and other foods in a regimen that apparently leads to their rapid restoration to health. The key seems to be in the regimen's detoxification and pH balancing effects and changes to nutrition and lifestyle such as no alcohol or sugary-type foods for the duration of the treatment. Of course, there's a political angle as their documentary explains this approach enters into an AIDS debate with Gates foundation-type Anti-retro-viral drugs approach. Very much good information on Tine van der Maas' blog as well including an interesting cancer treatment that I imagine might work without the illegality of Rick Simpson's oil.

When it's extremely important for prompt governmental action (not due to false WMD "intelligence")...

What is national emergency question number one when the president meets with the top government officials about the BP oil spill ? I imagine that it should be "Are there any frivolous or other legal or governmental impediments to the effective mobilization of cleanup resources that the president or congress can help with in this national emergency?" In the last few years, I've seen some incredible things come out of Washington in rapid, panicked, emergency legislation, the bailouts took less than a week if I remember, the "Long War" authorization after 9/11 ( I found out later) took three days. Well prepare yourself, because this is just basic, basic responsibility of governmental office in a national emergency such as this, and not only do they not do anything, they don't even get out of the way!

Red tape keeps prized oil fighting skimmers from gulf, coastline


""We want all the skimming vessels in the world deployed," said Plaquemines Parish President Billy Nungesser. "This is an oil spill bigger than anything we've ever seen. It's a national disaster. We're at war. If you were at war and in charge, would you deploy everything you had to win the war?""

""We are literally talking about more than a thousand skimmers that are available, but we only have 400 - if this number is correct -- at work," LeMieux said. "It is hard to believe that the response is this anemic; it is hard to believe that there is this lack of urgency or sense of purpose in getting this done.""

"Regarding international skimming vessels, Allen said earlier this month that the government would work to quickly process waivers of the Jones Act, a 1920 maritime law that promotes U.S. shipping interests."

"Sens. LeMieux, Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, and John Cornyn, R-Texas, have proposed legislation that would temporarily waive the Jones Act for oil spill response vessels. Although there is a Jones Act waiver process for foreign vessels during an oil spill, the law requires that the Coast Guard make a determination that "an adequate number" of U.S. oil spill response vessels "cannot be engaged to recover oil from an oil spill in or near those waters in a timely manner." And the foreign country offering the boats must agree to allow the United States similar privileges in their country."

"As of last week, no Jones Act waivers had been granted. According to the joint information center for the response, six vessels involved in oil containment have applied for Jones Act waivers that are still pending."

Congressman Grijalva Cosponsors Violation of International Law, International Aggression

If you were like me who thought that we had one of the few best congresspeople who like Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich and a few others would never support aggressive middle east wars like the ones in Iraq and Afghanistan--our congressman Raul Grijalva has sided against these two in a mid-east escalation bill.

I had believed in Mr.Grijalva's position only three or four years ago even as he has continued to support much of the funding for these two wars at the same time he has said he supports a withdrawal from both. But, I thought, he would absolutely never cosponsor a bill bringing an additional third war in the middle east, one that we heard threatened and darkly insinuated many times from former Vice President Cheney only three or four years ago--against Iran.

No, Afghanistan's role in 9/11 was unclear enough, and Iraq was an obvious lie, but Mr. Cheney's war with Iran, no, that couldn't pass my Congressman, not after Iraq's WMD program failed to show up in reality outside of Colin Powell's UN presentation. That would be a line that would never be crossed. So I might have thought.

I feel that that line has indeed been crossed.

On Thursday, June 24th, the Congress voted almost unanimously on "comprehensive" sanctions against Iran intending to harm Iran's economy. The reason why this drastic step was said to be necessary was "to prevent the Government of Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapons capability." It is a "serious and urgent...threat" said the bill.

Except that according to even the US Government's best sources, Iran has no such nuclear weapons capability.

In 2007, a report was issued by the US Government's collective intelligence agencies called the National Intelligence Estimate on Iran's "Nuclear Intentions and Capabilities." Their findings were that Iran was not pursuing nuclear weapons.

Then, in 2008, several reports about Iran, its nuclear power, military, and potential nuclear weapons programs were released by the Congress's own Congressional Research Service. Their findings corroborated the NIE report and stated that there was no evidence of an Iranian nuclear weapons program. One report cites a nonproliferation expert Stephen Hildreth, who says in order to develop a nuclear weapon, Iran would have to test one, and that would be "hard to conceal."

In a previous version of this sanctions bill a few months ago, which was also supported by Mr. Grijalva, no evidence of Iranian nuclear weapons had been cited.

Without proof of a nuclear weapons program, these sanctions are illegal under international law and are an aggressive provocation of another middle eastern country.

After the experience of what happened with the Iraq invasion because of similar WMD "urgent threats," and now with the assurance of the US Government's Intelligence consensus and Congressional Research Service that there is no such threat in Iran's case, one might think that there is abundant evidence to withdraw support from sanctioning Iran. I shared this information with both Mr.Grijalva's and Mrs.Giffords' office months and years before this bill, and they have both subsequently voted "yes" on sanctioning Iran.

As of the end of June 2010, there are reports of US and Israeli warships being sent near Iran presumably to enforce these sanctions and I sit here mulling the hard truth that the Congress is not what I had believed it was.
